View week one sampleMenus
We operate a four-week seasonal menu cycle, with tailored options for both winter and summer. Nurseries can choose from:
- A lunch and pudding service
- A lunch, pudding, and tea service
- Optional fruit baskets at an additional charge
Below you will find sample menus from our summer menu for the four week rotation. We have also supplied and example of the detailed nutritional analysis for one meal and the written analysis for one day of meals. A printed copy of these two types of analysis is provided for all our nurseries for all our meals so the parents and OFSTED inspectors can read them. Should you wish to see all the menus for the under 18 months children (early weaner, weaner, baby and big baby) and/or the winter menus please contact us.

Beef and Bean Chilli with Basmati Rice
The beef and bean chilli provides 209kcal. It's low in sugar (1.9g), low in salt, and includes 15g of protein and 3.3g of fibre, ticking key nutritional boxes. The inclusion of beans supports updated dietary guidelines of at least 1 portion of vegetables.
Watermelon, Plum and Pineapple cocktail
This fresh fruit dessert is a great choice, contributing to approximately two of the recommended five-a-day portions depending on the serving size. It is medium in sugar and fits well within nutritional guidelines.
Sweet Potato and carrot soup with buttered roll
This soup is low in sugar and provides 5.6g of fibre and 5.1g of protein per portion. It is high in vitamin A and offers a balanced, nutritious choice for high tea.
Natural yoghurt with blueberry puree
Natural yoghurt with blueberry puree is a suitable dessert with fresh or frozen blueberries are mashed in. This avoids classification as a free sugar and helps retain the fibre.
✓ EYFS Compliant - Meets all Early Years Foundation Stage nutritional guidelines
A printed pack of the full analysis of each meal is provided to all our nurseries so the parents can view them at their leisure.
Also, in the event of an OFSTED visit you are able to show the inspector you are compliant with the new guidelines. We believe OFSTED will be taking a much firmer line on nursery menus due to the 2025 new guidelines that state:
"From September 2025, we intend to include a new requirement in the safeguarding and welfare requirements of the EYFS that providers must have regard to this nutrition guidance. This means providers must take this guidance into account and should follow it unless there is good reason not to."

We have also been awarded the Eat Well, Start Well Certificate
